Hendon Media Group published an article from ILEETA President Ed Nowicki announcing nearly 800 people attended the 2009 ILEETA Conference. Mark was the keynote speaker and stressed the importance of 21st-century training for 21st-century learning. Mark talked about some of the challenges training a Generation X and Y workforce, as more and more baby boomers are retiring.
